Property Condition Assessment (Due Diligence) Reports include roofing, building exteriors, structure, electrical, plumbing, mechanical and HVAC Systems, interiors, restrooms and, parking and walking surfaces, with recommendations for maintenance, repair, and component replacement as needed.
