GWS Consultants employees a group of architectural, structural, and civil engineers and specialist, HVAC industrial specialist, roofing specialist, and electrical engineers, just to name a few, combining over 30 years of experience. GWS Consultants are able to inspect any and all commercial property. Nothing is too large (or complicated) or too small for our consultants. We work very hard to make you the client as informed as you can be about the prospective purchase including cost estimates.
At GWS Consultants we are able to modify our inspections according to (your) the clients needs therefore saving you thousands of dollars. Example: if the inspection calls for and can be handled by one consultant or specialist instead of five only one will work on that particular project. On the other hand if the job is as large as say…the new World Trade Centre in New York with a 18 hole golf course added… (we like to think big!). We would have a large team of consultants work on that project in order to give you, the client, the most thorough due diligence inspection report in as timely a manner possible.
